for a girls shopping weekend in Chicago. There is snow on the ground and lights in every tree. It's cold outside, but not inside Nordstrom which is conviently right across the street. We spent the day on the Magnificent Mile yesterday, and capped it off with Chicago style pizza at the Guldes last night. The first ever Petillo girls weekend is off to wonderful start.

Lola and Santa

Lola told Papa at breakfast last week that she wanted to go sit on Santa's lap, so they headed off to Green Hills mall to find him. Lola told Santa that she wanted farkle (sparkle) Playdoh for Christmas. (If any one sees Sprinkle Playdoh, please get it and we'll pay you back.) Lola was confused when she was done as to why Santa wasn't giving her the Playdoh right then. We're trying to explain that he brings it on Christmas morning. He did give her a candy cane and a coloring book.
