Lola has a new cousin! William Isaac Dean born last night at 6:54 P.M.
7 pounds, 7 ounces, 19 inches. Congratulations Aunt Deanna, Uncle Frank and Jack. We can't wait to meet you little Will.

No, this post has nothing to do with a snake bite. About a month ago we went to Birmingham and Lola got a couple of mosquito bites on her leg. Apparently she has sweet skin like her Mama and the bites quickly swelled up. On our way home I looked back and she was scratching them. We stopped and got her some Benedryl which knocked her out for the trip home. For weeks while they healed she would point at them, scratch them and say "bite." She still pulls up her pants leg and points to the spot where they were and says "bite." Last night we were playing on the floor and she saw a bite on my leg. She reached over and started scratching it for me. It's amazing how fast her vocabulary is growing.
